Yesterday I bought a new dell inspiron 1545 laptop and it has a Wireless 802.11b/g Mini Card and someone told me that I had to have a wireless router. I need help, I don't know how to get on the wireless internet. Goto loal library or coffee shop that has free wifi to test that it really works so you will know it works when setingup your own wireless router...which is simple if you follow directions from router maker.
