I'm not looking to solve a specific problem, just curious. I happened to notice that the Utility Partition would not load on the Dell in which the HDD was originally installed, but it loaded perfectly fine when taken out and connected to different (but very similar) Dell PC. I would just like to get a general idea of some possible reasons for this.
