How to send my laptop back to Dell for repair?

A couple of months ago I bought an Alienware M11x from Dell and the screen needs fixing. I knocked the laptop and some black marks have appeared on the screen where it has been cracked or chipped or something, and more black marks seem to be appearing. Will the repair be free under my warranty and how do I send it for repair? Thanks. How to send my laptop back to Dell for repair? You need to check your terms and conditions. As it is customer damage from and pressure caused I don't think they will repair it free. You might be able to get it cheaper in a regular PC repair shop

Once you find out whether your laptop is still within warranty, you may be able to send it to Dell for a repair under your warranty. The Dell site also has a handy Chat feature, meaning you can chat to a Dell engineer about your warranty repair via their website. You can do this here:
