How do you find history on a dell computer if somebody tried to wipe it out?

I suspect somebody in my family deleted the "history" file of websites visited on my computer. Also the cookies, as all my automatic passwords are gone, and the history has absolutely nothing in it.

That data is lost, im sorry. Im a network aministrator. A system restore ONLY restores settings of a computer to a prior time. If you actually want deleted data back you will have to use data recovery software.
