What can a misdeminor possesion charge do to your future in the military?

Say "you already went to meps, havent signed any papers yet though, still technically not in the air force, but plan to go to basic for the AF in 3 months. You get pulled over and slapped with a misdeminor possesion of marijuana charge. You get a ticket, and then ur free to go." in that situation how would that effect ones military career?What can a misdeminor possesion charge do to your future in the military?ugh... yea!
