How can you maximize military effectiveness (i.e. give them lots of autonomy and let them make successful decisions) while maintaining control over them (i.e. making sure that those decisions are the ones that you want being made)?How to maintain control over the military while maximizing effectiveness?Give them a goal, keep them motivated , and make sure they don't slack off.
