How much money is spent in the military each year ?

In total, with all the budgets of all countries, how much bilions of dollars are we investing in the military and army each year ?How much money is spent in the military each year ?whoo hoo did you open a can of worms. where to begin? are you considering private contractors as military? cause companies like blackwater take about 20 billion a year in taxpayer money. are you counting ammunitions? cause companies like Lockheed Martin take another 30 billion or so. what about fighter jets we never use anymore? I think the f24 super hornet comes in just under 100 million a piece, god knows how many of them are ordered to sit in a hangar in kentucky. not to mention all the money wasted on outdated systems being repaired on navy ships when they could be replaced for a third of the cost. I could go on forever, if you get a straight answer I would love to know, but basically the answer is, twenty times what we should spend.
