I have no system recovery disk and I have tried the ctrl + F11 and it did not have the Systematic or whatever recovery option like the Dell support page says it does. Is there any other way? If not then where would I buy a system recovery disk? How do I restore my Dell Latitude back to factory defaults?Unfortunately the Latitude does not have the option for the Dell PC restore.
Here are a few options to get a disk sent out so that you may reinstall the OS if needed. The first option is to fill the form out located here: https://support.dell.com/support/topics/鈥?/a> after this is filled out a set of replacement disks will be sent to you.
If you are looking for a Dell Restore disk you will need to contact Dell support. Support options can be found at http://support.dell.com Please note that the system will need to be less than a year old to request a Dell Restore disk. This type of disk is very similar to the way the Factory restore works.
