When considering to join the US military does a highschool from another country count for a highschool diploma

My wife isn't American but she has a green card and is thinking about joining some branch of the military. She has a highschool diploma from her home country but no GED or anything from the states. Does her diploma still count or does it have to be from the US? I have been trying to find basic military requirements of the militaries but it has been a real pain. When considering to join the US military does a highschool from another country count for a highschool diplomaI am from foreign country, too, with green card and in Army National Guard. All they asked me for was green card, social security number, and high school diploma. I think foreign high school diploma should work since it's a high school diploma.

Not only that, once she signs up, she will be also eligible for early US Citizenship. Unlike civilians waiting for 5 yrs to apply for citizenship and takes whole year to get it after applying, you could apply and get it within 6 months or so.

Yes, I think her diploma should count. Take it to a recruiter and see what he/she says.

Good Luck! When considering to join the US military does a highschool from another country count for a highschool diplomatalk to the recruiter they will know all the details, they are more than happy to answer, they get paid on commissionWhen considering to join the US military does a highschool from another country count for a highschool diplomaI would think so. The requirements says that a person needs a high school diploma or equivalent. Talk to a recruiter just to be sure.
