I'm getting my nephew a disney ipod type thing for his b-day and going ahead and putting songs on it for him, these are the songs I got so far, can you guys suggest anything else that would be appropiate for this child.

i love the fact you are trying to expose him to true rock....if i were you i would add more beetles, a bit of monkeys, THE MAMA'S AND THE PAPAS and FLEETWOOD MAC would be a seve year old's dream! trust me i have a 7yo niece who is totally into twiggy, sunny + cher, abba (thanks to me :)
well if you like want him to listen to Disney songs I would highly recomend the entire Kingdom Hearts sound track (games one and two). The music in those two games is incredible, and the games are in the Disney world so it would be ideal for your nephew. Here is a list of the tracks:
