How do the organizations ship perishable items to our military overseas?

I have seen reports of women baking pies or cakes etc.. to send to our military overseas. How do they do this? You can not overnight a package to them it takes atleast 7 days to get there by air. This equipment can have the temp handled so that they can be used for keeping the foods inside cool like a fridge or used as a freezer by lowering the temperature.

They have a freezing equipment inside that is plugged in the airplane, vessel or aiport terminal or sea port terminal.

They are called refrigerated containers. It is the same way frozen fish or meat is shipped to countries overseas by vessel which takes around 20-30 days or either by plane, even if it is a 2 hour flight.
