How do I reset my dell inspiron primary password?

Hi; I just found my dell inspiron laptop but I do not remember the password! I tried to reset it but it says I need a Wizard Informationd disk or something! Grrr; its frustrating. How do I reset it without using the Wizard or taking it to a specialist?
