How do I reset my dell computer to its factory settings?

Im trying to reset my dell computer to its factory settings. Ive tried F8 but the avanced boot options menu doesnt come up. What you want to do is find your restore disk, or buy a Windows 7/Vista/XP DVD and follow the instructions that came with it.
