Are Dell Dimension cases compatible with the standard atx form factor?

I'm working on a computer for a friend, and I know that most Dell stuff is proprietary. I am curious if the case could fit with any mobo.Are Dell Dimension cases compatible with the standard atx form factor?Unless the case was modified, the only replacement that will fit correctly is another Dell motherboard. If the system is not under warranty, a replacement Dell motherboard can be ordered directly from Dell's Spare Parts department at 1-800-357-3355.
